Medley Marinade Instruction

Levantine Chicken Marinade

Instructions for 5 servings

1. Add 1 heaped  tablespoon (30g) of marinade to 500g of chosen meat or vegetables. (chicken thigh is recommended)

2. Massage marinade into chosen meat or vegetables ensuring marinade is distributed evenly leaving no clumps.

3. Cover dish and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Preferably overnight.

4. Cook dish using skillet pan or roast in oven until preferred doneness.

5. Serve and enjoy.

Lemon and Herb Marinade

Instructions for 5 servings

1. Add 2 heaped tablespoons (60g) of marinade to 500g of chosen meat or fish. (Chicken breast or white fish is recommended)

2. Massage marinade into chosen meat or fish ensuring marinade is distributed evenly leaving no clumps.

3. Cover dish and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Preferably overnight.

4. Cook dish using skillet pan or roast in oven until preferred doneness.

5. Serve and enjoy.
