Our story saw its modest beginnings at the Legaspi Sunday Market, where our founder, David Tweg, whose Israeli family operated a small kiosk, offering Mediterranean cuisine that rose to popularity among local market-goers. After seeing that success, David made it his mission to bring his 3rd generation family recipes the spotlight they deserve. He conceptualized MEDLEY, a Mediterranean restaurant featuring dishes that conjure memories from his childhood, served to accommodate the modern lifestyle. MEDLEY officially welcomed its first customers in January 2019 at Bonifacio High Street.
Staying true to our name, we offer a miscellany of tastes and textures that Mediterranean cuisine is known for. Valuing authenticity and freshness, we make use of only the finest ingredients sourced directly from local farms and suppliers to replicate generations’ worth of heirloom recipes that the Tweg family holds dear. Every salad, warm bowl, sandwich, and pizza we serve is also made-to-order, if not prepared on-the-spot for the customer to see.
