ON-DEMAND DELIVERY

  1. How can I place my order?

Browse through our products and add to cart. Once you’re done with adding products to your cart, click Checkout and type in your delivery or pick-up details and pay the total amount shown.

  1. What is your estimated delivery time?

Our average delivery time is from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. (Within our delivery coverage)

  1. How do I know if my order was processed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once order is received.

  1. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an SMS or email once your order is on its way to you. You may also check order status through our live chat feature on the website.

  1. Can I order in advance?

Yes, please leave the time and day you would like to receive your order (between 11:00-19:30) in the notes. Our customer service will give you a call to confirm the order on the same day you have requested.

  1. I have other delivery concerns, where do I contact you?

You may use our live chat feature located on the bottom right of the page for any concerns. Our customer service representative will gladly assist you from 11:00am to 7:30pm.

  1. What’s your delivery hours?

On-demand delivery is open to accepting orders from 11:00am to 7:30pm.

  1. Can you deliver to my place?

As of the moment, we only deliver within Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong and parts of Pasay and Pasig. For orders beyond these areas, you may choose the Pabili option upon checkout and we will book you a courier. We will call to confirm delivery charge prior to preparing your order. You may use the live chat feature to contact us.

  1. How much is the delivery fee?

 Our delivery fee for Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong and parts of Pasay and Pasig is Php49. For estimated courier rates to other cities click here.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only allowed within 5 minutes after order was placed. You can cancel the order through the live chat feature.

  1. Who’s doing my delivery?

We are currently in partnership with several logistics companies, our customer service representative will let you know who is delivering your order.

 How do I pay?

We accept the following:

  • GCash (please ask our live chat for details)
  • Credit/Debit Card payments via PayPal (no need for a PayPal account)
  • Cash on delivery

STORE PICK-UP

  1. What’s your process for store pickup?

On the checkout page, select the store branch that you would like to pick up your order from. Allow 15-30 mins preparation time before you go to your designated branch of pickup.

For Power Plant Mall pick-up

Special pick-up process is implemented for this branch. Pick-up location is located outside Fully Booked level R3 or at P1 level parking lot depending on preference. Look for signs indicating the Rockwell In and Out. Our staff will contact you once your order is ready for pick-up, please inform our team of preferred pick up area.
